The orders, which should be made in writing, should contain the seal and a legible signature of the ordering party.
The ordering party can withdraw from the order within 3 days from the date of placing of his order. After this period, all costs resulting from the starting of production will be incurred by the orderer.
For each order made, the company prepares samples (in non-production quantities). Making of changes to a previously accepted sample can result in a fee proportional to the level of changes required to prepare a new design.
The fulfillment of an order lasts up to 2 weeks from the moment of signing of a written acceptance of the sample (excluding days free from work).
Only complaints made within 10 days from issue of invoice are accepted. A basis for the claim is the return of the defective part of production in the original factory packaging.
EPUS will not be held liable for the delays or damages being the result of improper transport of the goods by a subcontracted shipping company.
As a result of difficulties with the production of an exact amount meeting at the same time all quality norms, it is acceptable for quantitative discrepancies to occur (4-10%). Caution! In the event of the necessity to guarantee a specific number of labels the true number of labels sold will be lower from the one ordered.
The contractor will not be held liable for non-compliance with the realization deadline resulting from strikes, abnormal weather condition, lack of raw materials at the suppliers or lack of spare parts at the machine manufacturers and from other situations independent from the contractor.
The company is not able to guarantee 100% of constancy of colours of yarns used for the production in orders submitted with large time spans from each other due to the possibility of differences of shades of yarn between their consecutive deliveries.
EPUS does not accept liability for the unaware acceptance of orders containing illegally used brands of other producers.
The delivery of an order can be made in batches, however typically the invoice for the entire production will be issued along with the first delivery.
All arrangements made by phone must be confirmed in writing by post or fax. EPUS does not accept liability for changes made to orders by phone.

Owing to a variety of refining processes, we are able to meet all customer’s needs.
Longitudinal Cutting
a new technology of label folding using ultrasounds, allowing for creation of new types of woven labels with higher usability parameters (woven labels for jackets, shirts, blouses, sweaters).
Ultrasonic Cutting
a new technology of mechanical/thermal fabric cutting guaranteeing smooth edges. Used for cutting the fabric into ribbons and for finishing individual woven labels. Especially recommended for woven labels that are in direct contact with the skin.
